Traditional Travel Staffing

VCP Staff recruits qualified healthcare professionals who pass our rigorous screening process and meet our compliance standards. This includes Joint Commission requirements; client-hospital standards; and VCP Staff standards; all of which must be met before staff is able to travel for VCP Staff.

Those who travel with us are members of our team – we only have room for teammates that can be trusted to provide quality patient care. Our staff members that work traditional travel staffing assignments will be assigned a 13 to 26-week assignment to start.

VCP Staff team members are experienced caregivers who pride themselves on providing quality patient care. Each staff member undergoes our client-facility orientation process for new supplemental travel staff and is willing to work weekly guaranteed hours.
